Renting Space at The Launchpad

The studios are affordable teaching, working and performing space for a diversity of artists--perfect for movement-based arts, aerials, music, theatre, etc. Studios can be rented in fifteen minute increments, with a forty five minute minimum rental. Reservations can be made 12 hours to 5 months in advance. All reservations are subject to approval by The Launchpad Administration. Click Make A Reservation below to begin your online booking (you will be taken to our online booking system, Skedda). In order to finalize your reservation you must:

  • Sign our Policies & Procedures

  • Sign our Cleaning Checklist

  • Get an orientation that covers opening and closing procedures

  • Provide a liability form and insurance

  • If you are renting for a special event (more than 3 hours), you will need to pay at orientation, before your event

Turn in all documents to staci@carbondalearts.com twelve hours prior to your reservation.

When reserving space, check the other classes in adjacent studios and be mindful. For example, if you are hosting a band camp, please don’t book it during the same time as “Quiet Meditation.” NOTE: To include a description of your class or event in the The Launchpad's public schedule, please include this information with your rental agreement.

Be sure to book all the time needed, including set-up and break down.

Special Event Rentals

In addition to providing accessible spaces for the movement arts, The Launchpad is an exceptional choice for your next special event or gathering. From our beautiful outdoor patio and amphitheater to the edible gardens and luminous space of the Open Studio, The Launchpad should be on the top of your list for your next fundraiser, engagement party or graduation celebration. To request a reservation for your special event, contact management at staci@carbondalearts.com and get your event approved, then book the rental via our online booking system, Skedda. CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & ReHearsals

Studio Hourly Rate: $22/hr

SPECIAL EVENTS & DAY RATE

$65/hr (up to 3 hours - anything more than 3 hours is considered a full day)   |  Full Day Rental $550 (+up to $400 cleaning fee)

(We require payment before your special event. We will charge your card during your orientation. We no longer accept payment after events.)
